**It's Sixth Grade Girl's Candy, Sushi, Sukiyaki Sleepover Party

Give your daughter an unforgettable sushi, sukiyaki, and karaoke cooking party, plus sleepover! – a traditional Japanese cultural experience!
First, we will make regular sushi with nori and rice and then re-create sushi with rice krispi treats, swedish fish and other fun varieties of candy! At the end of the night we will have our feast on traditional Japanese floor tables as they cook sukiyaki and sing karaoke together.
Hopefully at a decent hour, the girls will make like sushi and roll themselves into their sleeping bags! February 1, 2013. Top 8 bidders.

**Valentine's Baking Party

Attention Hillcrest bakers! 5 Hillcrest students (and one parent for each student) are invited to join Amie Frischer (mom to Jonathan and Sophia Roven) and Elizabeth Rynecki (mom to Tyler and Owen Knowlton) to spend the morning of Saturday February 9th (10am-noonish) baking. We will be making three special treats: cookies, brownies, and cupcakes. Precise goodies to be baked and decorated will to be announced closer to the actual event! There will be measuring, stirring, baking, and best of all, decorating! Everyone will get to take a bit of everything home with them. Top 5 bidders. One parent must accompany their child.

**Hillcrest Chopped Middle School

You are never too young to hone your culinary skills and the soccer field is not the only place for competition! Six lucky winning bidders will get to work in teams of two to demonstrate their cooking prowess using quirky ingredients to create tasty masterpieces. Who says Red Vines, Broccoli and Bisquick can't be used to make dinner? Not our winning bidders!! So come and try your hand at winning Hillcrest Chopped Middle School. Parent(s) are welcome to observe the chaos. A meal of some kind will be served and the Bedford-Panori, Le Nguyen-Zaharias, and Ward-Salaiz Families look forward to judging the culinary creations. A Day At The Beach - For 8 Third Graders Join hosts Carol & Owen Burton, Monica & John Marcone, Henry and Cary Littell, and Diane & Amelia Ambrose for an adventurous day at Muir Beach in Marin. We'll explore the beach, have some fun in the water, then enjoy a picnic lunch before heading back. Who knows, we may even stop for ice cream on the way home! Sunday June 2nd is the date!

Mama's, San Francisco's famous North Beach breakfast spot, is a rare gem. The Finkelstein's will take three early-risers to the first seating at 8 AM on a Sunday in March (TBD) for a fabulous breakfast and San Francisco 1/2 day outing. Enthusiastic breakfast-eaters only!!!!
