Important:

For donations with multiple bidders (such as parties): Please enter the value of the donation on a per bidder basis under "Estimated Value $" and note the total amount in the "Notes" section.

For donations made on behalf of multiple donors: Please enter the name and contact info for only one donor on the main form and note the names of the additional donors in the "Notes" section.
