Choose 1 of 3 different chef packages most pleasing to your palate and in line with your entertainment style: If you’re the hands-on type who enjoys “meat in tube form” and plenty of suds, choose Option 1: The Fundamentals of Sausage & Pretzel Making and Beer Drinking, where Chef Danny will teach you and up to 10 guests to make a variety of different sausages, paired with doughy pretzels and tasty microbrews. All food and beer provided. Perhaps you prefer to relax with your friends and be wined and dined without lifting a finger? Choose Option 2: 5-Course Sit-Down Dinner for 8, where you can collaborate with Chef Danny on the menu to create a truly one-of-a-kind dining experience for you and your most deserving friends. All food, dinner service, and cleanup provided. Host to provide drinks. Like to mingle with a crowd while you nosh and sip? Then Option 3: Cocktail Party for 20 is for you. Mr. Shogren's Kindergarten Mosaic Tabletop
The students of Mr. Shogren's Kindergarten class explored the art of mosaics and color theory while deciding on a design for their table. With the election season upon us, and to illustrate the democratic process, the students got to cast their votes using ballots! The winning idea was to create an abstract art coffee table, made of small glass tiles applied to a low indoor/outdoor table. Each student created his or her own individual pattern, and even had the chance to break ceramic tiles as part of the process. The result is a unique mosaic coffee table that will serve as a special memento of the children's first year at Hillcrest.

Emerald Isle Escape

The house is owned by Gerry and Orla Cawley who are grandparents to Sean (8th grade), Niamh (6th grade) and Finn (3rd grade). Built in 2015, the home is spacious, bright, and comfortable. The central location is perfect for exploring the myriad of literary, historic, and alcoholic treasures that Dublin has to offer. It also serves as an excellent base from which to explore the island. It may be a long way to Tipperary, but that aside, almost everywhere in Ireland is within a 3 hour drive from Dublin. Fit in some tours to the Cliffs of Moher, the Wild Atlantic Way, the Ring of Kerry, Blarney Castle and many more. Available now through April 11, 2017, and May 8 through June 10, 2017. That includes the upcoming Thanksgiving, Winter and Spring breaks. The summer of 2017 (end of June through August) is not available. Expires November 2017.

Ms. Rochester's Kindergarten Mosaic Tabletop
Bring the life aquatic to your home with this unique mosaic tabletop crafted by the students in Ms. Rochester's Kindergarten class. Each of the 21 children in the class created their own fish out of glass tiles, which are artfully arranged with blue field tile to create an enchanting aquatic scene. The rectangular tabletop measures 2' x 3' and displays this stunning mosaic as a special memento of the children's first year at Hillcrest. The materials and finish are appropriate for indoor or outdoor use.
