Many thanks for supporting Hillcrest School! We LOVE parties! Please include the following details in your party description:
- Date/Time
- Party Description (a fun and catchy description of your party and what can be expected - think of it as your party's "15 seconds of fame" for an easy copy & paste into our catalog and on our party boards at the event!)
- Who's Invited (couples, kids, moms or dads) + How Many
- Grades Invited (for Kids' parties)
The Estimated Value should be your total estimated costs for hosting the party (not the anticipated sales price). We will calculate the cost per invitee for buyers' tax receipts.
The deadline for donations is October 12, 2018.
