Get ready to play, folks!  After two-years of pandemic living, who couldn’t use a little more fun? Join us at the annual Hillcrest Benefit and Auction, where a kid can be a kid! The Benefit will kick off with an Online Auction the week of October 30th, and culminate in a night of Toy Shop-themed merriment at the Silent & Live Auction on Saturday, November 5th at the Claremont Hotel.

 

Key Dates:

  • September 12: Benefit tickets go on sale & Donation drive begins
  • October 12: Early bird ticket & Donation deadline
  • October 28: Regular ticket deadline
  • October 30 at 9am to November 3 at 9pm: Online Auction
  • November 5, 5:30pm to 10:30pm: Silent & Live Auction 

 

First things first, Community Chest!  This event is not possible without the generous donations of our community. Please donate whatever you can: vacation homes, airline miles, restaurant gift cards, unique local experiences - no gift is too big or small! We’ll take bottles of wine off your hands or just straight cash. The Hillcrest Benefit and Auction is our largest fundraiser of the year. We need your donations to get this event past GO!

Simon Says, Host a Party!  Hillcrest parties are more fun than a barrel of monkeys, and so is being a host! Dads’ Beer Bus, Moms’ Night Out and Irish Pub Quiz are some old Hillcrest favorites, but we are always looking for fresh ideas to fill up next year’s party calendar. And like Toys R’ Us, kid parties are back in 2022! Party donations can be submitted here - lock in your dates ASAP!
