Hillcrest Parties … Rockin’ fun, for everyone!

One of the biggest money makers at the Hillcrest Benefit and Auction are adult parties! This is also one of the reasons Hillcrest is the tight knit community it is. Hosting a party is a fun and great way to get to know fellow Hillcrest parents and raise money for our school.

Hosting a party can feel like uncharted waters; here are a few common concerns:

• Nobody will come to my party… Throwing an auction party is the best way to get to know other Hillcrest parents. If you’re not convinced, consider hosting with another Hillcrest parent. Co-hosting with folks from other grades and/or a friend is a great way to make the planning process fun, split the costs, and ensure a great mix of attendees!


• I don't have a huge fancy house... Don't let that deter you! The best parts of the parties are the company and the good times! Things can be kept small (maybe a sushi making party for a small group of kids), casual and fun (movie night! glow party!), or not located in your home (bowling alley, public park, movie theater!). No idea is too big or too small and anything goes!


• I have an idea, now what do I do?…reach out to Liz DeLuca , Manju Sangha, or Jenna Biliniski to secure your date!


• Want to throw a kids' party? We need those too! Contact the party team to secure your date for kids parties!

For Adult and Kid parties complete the below Party Donation Form. Choose a date (must confirm the date first with the party team), theme, and number of attendees. If you’re hosting a kid party, please specify age/grade range (ex: K-3). Have a blast, and repeat next year!

A note about kid parties: As part of our community’s ongoing effort to be as inclusive as possible, the 2024 Benefit will strive to find a balance of activities and price points so that all children will have an opportunity to get in on the fun. If you’re planning to host a kid party, we may reach out to you about ways to make the event more inclusive. Class parties where all are included are always welcome!
