Buckle up, folks.
 The annual Hillcrest Benefit and Auction is coming: Online the week of Nov. 1, and in person event on Saturday, November 6, at the Claremont Resort. This year’s theme is London Calling. We need volunteers - for a multitude of committees - if you have a free hour or 10, we need you! Contact Leann Cawley

London Calling to the Underworld. There are a few big changes with this year’s auction to accommodate safety protocols: (1) Many of the silent auction items will be an online bidding format so you’ll be able to bid with a few taps on your phone leading up to the big night. More info to come shortly! (2) There will be a LIVE auction again on Nov 6 but tickets are limited that include dinner (and dinner will also look different than in years past to accommodate the new cadence of events) (3) Bidder only in person tickets will be available, and will also be limited!

London calling, I don’t want to shout! In person tickets to the event at the Claremont Resort on Sat, Nov 6 can be purchased here!

Dads Beer Bus, Bad Moms, Roller Disco Divas, and Irish Pub Quiz are Hillcrest favorites, and we are looking forward to a calendar full of fun events! I live by the river. Please donate whatever you can: vacation homes, airline miles, restaurant gift cards, unique local experiences! We’ll take bottles of wine or just straight cash. Host a party for adults! Quit holding out and draw another breath.The Hillcrest Benefit and Auction is our largest fundraiser of the year. We need your participation to make the event the stuff of legends!

Key 2021 dates:

  • October 22nd: Donation deadline (wine + parties)
  • October 22nd: Sponsorship deadline
  • November 1st: Online auction opens!
  • November 5th: Online auction closes!
  • November 6th: In-person auction at the Claremont

 

Event Details - Saturday 11/6/2021:

  • 5:30: Arrival at the Claremont (outside tent)
  • 5:30: Silent Auction begins (parties only)
  • 5:30-7:30: Hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, dinner food stations (dinner for Standard tix only)
  • 7:30: Silent Auction ends
  • 8:00: Live Auction begins
  • 9:00: Live Auction ends
  • 10:00: Good night and thank you!
