Host a Party

 

Thank you for supporting the school! Parties are the most popular category at our traditional auction, so we’ve spent a lot of time and energy figuring out how to continue them (safely!) during this year when we’re all craving social interaction. 
 
We’re looking for hosts for three different types of parent party packages this year:

Virtual: From monthly recurring activities to one-time themed events, these parties will combine interactive activities over Zoom with home-delivered supply kits. 
Small & distanced: We’ll offer a few gatherings that can be held outdoors, with a small number of hosts & attendees, and with plenty of social distance.
DIY party packs: Receive a party-in-a-box--everything you need to host a themed shindig with your own quarantine crew.

Our party committee is here to help you work through the details of throwing a safe and fun get-together! Contact Meghan Langston or Sarah Shere for dates, ideas, and help with logistics.

Once you’ve secured your idea and your date, please fill out the form below.

Please include the following details in your party description:

- Date/Time

- Party Description (a fun and catchy description of your party and what can be expected - think of it as your party's "15 seconds of fame" for an easy copy & paste into our online catalog!) Remember to include whether your party is virtual or in-person (and, if in-person, how you’ll manage social distancing guidelines).

- Who's Invited (couples, individuals) + How Many

The Estimated Value should be your total estimated costs for hosting the party (not the anticipated sales price).  We will calculate the cost per invitee for buyers' tax receipts.

The deadline for donations is October 26, 2020.
